M.I.K.E. Biomechanical Systems AST

(International Patents Pending)

The AST (Ankle Strength Trainer unit) is a fully functional, electronically controlled device that provides advanced three-dimensional strength training and rehabilitation capabilities for the human ankle.  This innovative new design allows both weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing options when performing normal and sport specific ankle movements during strength training and rehabilitation sessions.

The ATR (Ankle Testing Rehabilitation unit) is a fully computerized testing and rehabilitation device designed to measure, display, and chart individual and relational three-axis strength output and ROM data of the human ankle/ankles during "functional loading".

Key Benefits Include

  • Time saving procedures to determine overall "functional ankle-strength" and three-dimensional range of motion
  • More accurate and well defined strength output curves that depict angular multi-plane load-translation data
  • User-friendly interface with easy test set-up, test data-collection, and test interpretation modes
  • Fast generation of test-data reports for evaluation and comparison purposes
  • Very specific and functional for sport training and rehabilitation
