Description

The XRTwist hand-held reciprocating weights are designed for strengthening muscles & joints during rehabilitation protocols where functional transitional muscle loading is required to regain strength and improve flexibility in the wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Interchangeable weights allow for fine tuning the rehabilitation protocol to accommodate the limited strength of the patient while they recover from their injury.
